What We Do

Peer learning is at the heart of Thriving in Ministry.

Our peer relationships create a community of accountability, challenge, and support. The round-table discussion of ministry questions raises multiple points of view.

Thriving Mentors are trained to explore issues and raise questions based on the mentor’s experience in that specific context of ministry.

Thriving Peer group members engage case studies of adaptive questions and tricky-to-get-around, ‘thorny’ questions.
